SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! Here at Zupo Studio, we take pride in creating handmade jewellery pieces that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Each piece is uniquely made to order just for you.
Production Time: Please note that our jewelry is handmade, and production time can vary up to 14 business days from the date your order is placed. We strive to ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality craftsmanship, which may require additional time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery: Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method. The shipping time starts when you piece is ready to ship.
All Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post & UPS, rates may vary. International orders will be shipped express via DHL & standard via UPS.
International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at contact@zupostudio.com .
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to limited quantities, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Zupo Studio does not accept refunds as our items are made when the client place an order. We accept items for exchange only (same value or higher of each item purchased online) under the following conditions:
· Product(s) must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email
· Your exchange must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way
· You must ship your products to Zupo Studio within 21 days of ship date
· No exchanges on items from the sale page, all sales items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange
· All exchanges/repairs must be listed on shipping documentation as EXCHANGE/REPAIR
· Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value
To exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Package the item(s) in its original packaging with the order confirmation/number. Email us at contact@zupostudio.com if you cannot locate your order confirmation/number and to obtain the return address. We will not accept packages without an order number.
For your security, please return your product(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and retain your receipt. Zupo Studio is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
RESIZE AND REPAIR POLICY
At Zupo Studio, we take great pride in creating beautifully crafted handmade jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need any resizing or repairs, we are here to assist you.
Resizing Policy:
- We offer resizing services for rings purchased from Zupo Studio. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, we are happy to resize it for you.
- We will resize your ring once free of charge. If a second resizing is necessary, there will be a small materials/service and shipping fee.
- Resizing is available within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, resizing will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- The cost of resizing may vary depending on the style and complexity of the piece. We will provide a quote before proceeding with any resizing requests.
- For resizing requests, please contact us via email at contact@zupostudio.com to arrange the process. Please have your order details ready to help us assist you more efficiently.
Repair Policy:
- In the event that a design purchased through www.zupostudio.com becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 120 days of your order date.
- After 120 days, we are still happy to assist with repairs, but there will be a small materials/service and shipping fee.
- Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased for repair.
- Sale Items: Our resizing and repair policy does not apply to items purchased on sale. These items are final sale and are not eligible for resizing or repairs under this policy.
To return an item for repair, please email us at contact@zupostudio.com, and we will assist you with the next steps.
